Located in a growing Prescott neighborhood, the Dameron Eightplex project expands much-needed multi-family housing with a design focused on both efficiency and livability. The development includes eight thoughtfully planned units, each balancing comfort, function, and aesthetic appeal.

Our role has centered on providing clear architectural direction, from site planning and zoning compliance to the design of units that maximize natural light and maintain privacy. The design takes cues from Prescott’s established residential fabric, ensuring the building integrates seamlessly while offering a fresh, modern presence.

Multi-family housing projects come with unique challenges—parking, circulation, and code compliance all require careful coordination. By collaborating with engineers, city staff, and contractors, we guided the Dameron Eightplex through multiple changes to construction-ready design, ensuring the project meets community needs while also supporting long-term value for its owners.

Once complete, the Dameron Eightplex will add quality rental housing to the heart of Prescott, contributing to the city’s evolving housing landscape while maintaining a connection to its architectural roots.
