Shelton & Associates LLC has actively provided structural observation and quality assurance services/programs throughout Arizona and Southern California since 2001. All Inspectors meet the minimum criteria as outlined in Shelton & Associates’ Quality Control Manual and ASTM's recommended minimum requirements. All Inspectors working for or on behalf of Shelton & Associates have met or exceeded the requirements of the ICC or other governing code bodies. Experience and specialized expertise are the most important factors in inspector selection, in addition to the ability to provide professional and courteous performance. When Inspectors are not fully certified in the category of inspection being performed, they will always be assisted, managed, and monitored by a fully certified inspector in that specific inspection category.
