Project Planning & Feasibility
Every project begins with understanding the property, your goals, budget, and project requirements. Through a site visit and feasibility review, we identify opportunities, constraints, and the most appropriate path forward before design begins.
Design & Refinement
Once project goals are established, we begin exploring design solutions. Floor plans, building form, site relationships, and architectural character are developed and refined through collaboration until a preferred design emerges.
Documentation & Coordination
After the design is finalized, detailed construction documents are prepared and coordinated with engineers and consultants. These drawings are developed to support permitting, pricing, and construction.
Permitting & Approvals
We assist with HOA review, jurisdictional approvals, and permit submittals as required. Every project faces different regulatory requirements, and we help navigate that process.
Construction Support
As construction progresses, we remain available to answer questions, provide clarifications, and support the successful execution of the design.
