Prescott Parlor – Tenant Improvement

Just off Prescott’s historic Whiskey Row, this early 1900s brick building was reimagined as Parlor Doughnuts. The aging façade, with its long-covered clerestory windows, was completely removed and replaced with a new full-height storefront system. This transformation flooded the interior with natural light and gave the building a vibrant new street presence for the first time in decades.

Shelton & Associates prepared the tenant improvement plans, addressing the challenges of working within a designated FEMA floodway while adapting the historic shell for modern restaurant use. The interior design and finishes were led by the owners, following Parlor’s brand style. The result is a revitalized landmark that merges historic downtown character with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere.
